They will provide us with their acquisition guidelines for price and term and Create will undertake detailed research and due diligence to provide opportunities that may suit these requirements. Sometimes, a developer will provide specific details of a property or properties (usually adjoining each other) that they wish to purchase. Create's knowledge of the transaction process, expert relationship management and negotiation skills allows us to engage either directly with the seller or the seller's Agent to secure the site based on the developer's requirements.
